Overview

The naval capacity of a defence company was undergoing massive changes in how it operated, this meant a series of messages and stories needed to be conveyed. My job was to produce collateral that would explain the changes in the easiest way possible. Taking them through what would change, who is involved, and when.

Below is a showreel of the videos produced to instruct and inform employees of changes around the company.

Print

Handbooks and zcards were produced to give employees a way to learn about the changes at the defence company in their own time, and at their own pace.

Vision Room

To show employees a timeline of the changes, a floor-to-ceiling printed illustration was produced. It detailed the past, present, and future of the defence company to provide context for the changes taking place.
